You can find fab furnishings to stage your home for rent or sale at http://www.plum28.com

  2. I am of the opinion that visible home renovations such as Kitchen, bathroom renovations tend to add home value just staging does.Invisible renovations such as foundation upgrade, new insulation etc is what i think wouldn’t add much value or make your home more appealing to buyers. Basically any renovations not visible to potential buyer are less likely to increase your homes value.

  3. Renovation of home increases value of the house to a large extent as it is the looks of the house that attracts customers and makes them select it on the basis of a thorough checking of each area of that place.
